Rangers F.C. and Celtic F.C. are both being linked with talented youngsters from Tottenham Hotspur as questions grow over the futures of Mikey Moore and Alfie Devine.

Mikey Moore enjoyed an impressive loan spell at Rangers after arriving from Spurs last summer, quickly becoming a key figure under manager Danny Rohl. The 18-year-old contributed six goals and three assists following Röhl’s appointment in October, earning widespread praise from supporters and winning the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award.

His performances have sparked calls for Rangers to extend his stay, with Röhl previously admitting he would welcome another loan move if possible. The youngster has reportedly settled well at Ibrox, building a strong connection with both the club and supporters.

Meanwhile, fellow Spurs prospect Alfie Devine has emerged as a target for Celtic following a strong campaign on loan at Preston North End F.C.. Reports suggest Martin O’Neill has personally monitored the 21-year-old midfielder ahead of the summer window.

With both academy graduates attracting interest north of the border, pressure is growing on Tottenham to clarify their long-term plans. Former England striker Alan Smith believes the players may seek permanent opportunities elsewhere if regular first-team football is not available under incoming manager Roberto De Zerbi.

Smith suggested the Scottish Premiership could provide an ideal platform for young players to develop, arguing that strong performances in Scotland often attract attention from clubs across the Premier League and beyond.

With Rangers keen to keep Moore and Celtic tracking Devine, Tottenham face important decisions over two of their brightest young talents ahead of the new season.
