Auston Trusty was forced to deal with an ankle problem as the USA fell 3-2 to Turkey national football team at the World Cup
Auston Trusty’s injury has sparked concern for Celtic F.C. as pre-season preparations get underway and important Champions League qualifiers draw closer.
The defender picked up an ankle problem during the USA’s 3-2 World Cup loss to Turkey national football team after twisting awkwardly in the second half and needing to be stretchered off.
Before the setback, the 26-year-old had made his mark by scoring his first goal of the tournament just three minutes into the game.

Despite the injury scare, Trusty remains hopeful he will recover in time for the USA’s Round of 32 clash with Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team next week.
