Simon Jordan reveals Josh Windass’ verdict on Rangers and Danny Rohl
Simon Jordan reveals latest Josh Windass stance as Rangers prepare for life after Danny Rohl
Simon Jordan has shed light on recent conversations with Josh Windass as uncertainty continues to surround Rangers following Danny Rohl’s expected departure to RB Salzburg.
The German coach appears set to leave Ibrox after just eight months in charge, with Rangers reportedly agreeing a compensation package worth around £2 million with the Austrian club. His exit has sparked a fresh managerial search, with Hearts boss Derek McInnes emerging as the leading candidate to take over.

Rangers chiefs have moved quickly in their plans, already securing the signing of Lawrence Shankland from Hearts before the summer window officially opened. Further additions are expected as the club looks to rebuild after a disappointing campaign.
Amid the changes, speculation has resurfaced over a possible return for former Rangers attacker Josh Windass. Jordan revealed he has been in contact with the Sheffield Wednesday star regarding both his future and the ongoing developments at Ibrox.
With McInnes poised to arrive and a significant squad overhaul on the horizon, it remains to be seen whether Rangers will seriously pursue a deal to bring Windass back to Glasgow. The 31-year-old has enjoyed a strong spell in England and could yet emerge as an option as the club reshapes its attacking ranks ahead of the new season.
