Reason revealed as Rangers denied penalty for Djeidi Gassama against Motherwell
Willie Collum has defended the decision not to award a penalty to Rangers winger Djeidi Gassama during their clash with Motherwell.
Although Lukas Fadinger committed a foul, referee Kevin Clancy awarded a free-kick just outside the box, a decision later upheld by VAR.

Collum explained that the point of contact was on the calf and outside the penalty area, making the on-field call correct
