Clinton Nsiala completes Rangers exit as club confirms transfer
Rangers have confirmed that Clinton Nsiala has left the club to continue his career in the United Arab Emirates with Sharjah FC.
The former AC Milan defender has completed a permanent move for a reported £300,000, with Rangers also securing a significant sell-on clause as part of the agreement. Nsiala has signed a two-year contract with the UAE side, who currently sit seventh in the Pro League with nine points from their opening five matches.
The 22-year-old joined Rangers from AC Milan in the summer of 2024 but found himself out of favour after Derek McInnes took charge at Ibrox this summer.
Nsiala was made aware that he was not part of McInnes’ plans and was subsequently given permission to find a new club.
His time in Glasgow has now come to an end, with the defender heading to the UAE in search of regular first-team football and a fresh chapter in his career.
Rangers have wished Nsiala well for the future following his departure.
