Fresh reports suggest Fulham F.C. have made contact over Alistair Johnston
Celtic F.C. defender Alistair Johnston has once again been linked with a possible move to Fulham F.C. after fresh reports claimed the Premier League side have spoken with his representatives.
At this stage, however, there is no indication that an official offer has been made, nor is there any suggestion that Celtic have been contacted directly. Talks between clubs and agents are common during the transfer window and do not always lead to a deal.

The connection between Fulham and Johnston is not new. Earlier reports from David Ornstein suggested the Canadian full-back had attracted interest from several English clubs, including Fulham and Ipswich Town F.C..
Celtic remain in a strong position, with Johnston tied down on a long-term deal until 2029. Since arriving, he has established himself as one of the club’s most dependable performers and an important part of the squad.
With new manager Martin O’Neill already facing a busy summer, Johnston is unlikely to be someone Celtic would want to lose without a major offer on the table.
His performances for Canada men’s national soccer team at the World Cup could also increase attention, but for now the situation remains one of interest rather than anything more concrete.
