When Everton beat Ipswich Town, Sean Dyche talked about the “main” problem he still had with the game.

It was easy for Everton to beat Ipswich Town on Saturday, getting rid of their problems on the road.

Even though their opponents were bad and rarely really put them in danger, Sean Dyche’s team still had to make the right plays and score.

Both of Iliman Ndiaye’s and Michael Keane’s finishes were incredibly beautiful.

Poor performance, unfortunately, and the 53-year-old manager has since pointed out one area where his players need to do better.

Not everyone was happy with Ipswich Town’s win, including Sean Dyche.

Speaking to the press after his side’s routine victory, he remained somewhat critical.

After all, he has always attested that he seeks to never get too high after a win, and never too low after defeats.

Still, he wished his team had done a better job of managing one part of the game. He said, “We looked dangerous in many areas, and you could say the main complaint is that we didn’t score more goals, but our game management was good today.”

People have asked why, but it shows that the team is learning by doing the tough, unpleasant things to protect ourselves. So there were many good things about it.

‘I have to say that our fans have filled up the away end again. They helped me along the way, and I appreciate their support.

“Both of our goals give us good finishes.” Yes, Keano is a great finisher, and we want goals to come from different angles, so I’m happy with that.

‘The most pleasing part, though, was how we handled the game. It’s not easy coming to these grounds because they’re full of energy and belief.’

They thought they should have had a penalty against Everton, but their protests were quickly ignored when VAR overturned the call made by the referee.

For Everton to build on this win,

Although the Everton manager has done a great job turning four straight losses into four games without a loss, there is still a lot of work to be done.

And this win in particular makes the base very clear.

Starting next weekend, when they host Fulham at Goodison Park, a game they have had trouble with lately.

The Toffees haven’t beaten the Cottagers at home in the Premier League since 2018, when they beat them three times.

If they manage to get at least a point, they will play another easier game when they go to 19th-placed Southampton.

It’s very likely that Everton will win both of these games, which would put them in a great position going into the busy Christmas schedule.
