What Manchester United coach Erik ten Hag secretly whisper Amad Diallo after given a red card during FA CUP quarter final match

It has been made public what Erik ten Hag said to Amad Diallo in the locker room after Manchester United beat Liverpool. At the very end of Sunday’s game at Old Trafford, the 21-year-old winger scored a brilliant goal that put United in the FA Cup semi-final.

Amad has had trouble breaking into Ten Hag’s starting lineup this season because of illnesses. He has only played four times, and all of those were cameos off the bench. The Ivory Coast star scored a late winner for United even though he spent most of the season on the bench.

As Amad, who had been booked earlier in the fight, wheeled away to celebrate, he took off his shirt because he was so happy. He held up his shirt, just like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have done before. Referee John Brooks gave him a second yellow card as he went back into United’s half.

There was only one second left in the game, and Amad was told to leave. The Ivorian was quickly led by a staff member down the tunnel and to the home changing room.

United was able to keep the lead without Amad, which was good for him. An interview with beIN Sports after the game asked Ten Hag what he told the kid about getting a red card.

“I said to him, ‘I would have killed you [starts laughing] if not’, but I am so happy for him,” he said. Then, at the press meeting after the game, Ten Hag admitted that Amad deserved more playing time than he has gotten so far this season.

“I’m so happy for him,” the United manager said. “He is one of the players who has had a huge setback this season—he got hurt badly and now has to come back to a team where there is a lot of competition for his spot.”

“Because of how well he does in practice, he doesn’t always get the time to play he deserves, but when he does, he makes a difference by scoring a goal.” But we know he can do it because he has a knack for making the difference in games.

“I’m glad he got the winner.” But we had another sub, Antony, who scored the equalizer. He is also in a tough spot, but you can see that he is trying and wants to help. “The bench today makes me very happy.”

Bruno Fernandes told the Manchester Evening News in the mixed zone that the rules need to be changed so that players can take off their shirt after scoring without getting in trouble. “He earned it because he does the right things,” the 29-year-old playmaker said.

“If you do the right things, chances come your way and what’s yours comes to you.” It’s too bad he got sent off; it’s just part of being young and living in the moment.

“Enjoy this moment, and I believe this is a rule that football needs to change.” Because you should be able to celebrate the goal, while still being polite to other teams, and enjoy the moment.

“I think everyone who came today made a big difference.” I believe that the first 30 minutes were one of the best of the season for the players who started. We talked about this in the locker room.
