The heated moment in a recent Manchester United game doesn’t seem to have been forgotten by Alejandro Garnacho.

In a training video shared by Manchester United, Alejandro Garnacho seems to make fun of Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz’s celebration with Willy Kambwala and Amad Diallo. After tying the game against United in February, Luiz did an impressive dance, but it was too early in a 2-1 loss at Villa Park.

Rasmus Hojlund was the first player to react in the box and put the hosts ahead in the 17th minute. Villa then took control of the game.

Luiz scored from a cross midway through the second half to take advantage of their strong play. He then shook hands with the crowd in the Holte End and knelt down.

But Scott McTominay’s shot in the 86th minute won it for United. Luiz and Villa lost their third straight home game in all competitions.

After the big win in the top-four race, the Brazilian player was made fun of on social media. Many people said it was karma for what looked like an arrogant celebration.

A new video from a training practice at United’s Carrington base shows that some of Erik ten Hag’s team has also been singing it.

The eight-second video shows Garnacho celebrating behind Darren Fletcher, who is cheering. He then gets down on his knees and does Luiz’s chest dance move.

It then pans to Kambwala and Amad, two other young players, who did what the 19-year-old winger did and copied the move.

For now, Luiz will have the last laugh because Villa is in fourth place in the Premier League with nine games left to play.

Unai Emery’s team has nine more points than United because they’ve played one more game, but they were lucky to get a point away at West Ham United last time.

Between the two teams is Tottenham Hotspur, which is six points ahead of United in fifth place. That could be enough to get them into the Champions League.
