TRANSFER: Man United and Real Madrid Submit Bid To Ligue1 Side Lille For Sensational Youngster
Lille OSC has received official offers from only two teams: Real Madrid and Manchester United, despite the extensive interest in Leny Yoro (18) from clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool, according to Foot Mercato.
Lille’s valuation for a player they intend to transfer this summer is reportedly significantly lower than the €20 million offer that the Spanish giants have submitted to the northern French side. Yoro has entered the final year of his contract and has made his intentions to join Los Blancos crystal clear, which is why Real Madrid is willing to play hardball in the negotiations.
The club anticipates that Lille will be compelled to reduce their asking price as a result of Yoro’s dedication to joining them over their European rivals. This stance has caused the Lille hierarchy to become irritated, as they were expecting to capitalise on a bidding war.
According to Foot Mercato, Manchester United has submitted a €60 million offer to Lille for the defender, which includes bonuses that are more in accordance with the club’s expectations. The club is attempting to discourage Yoro from joining his dream club.
