The Numbers don’t Lie: 16 Alabama Natives Have Earned a Spot in the Pro Football Hall of Fame

Two Alabama high school standouts were selected as finalists for the Class of 2025 Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Unfortunately, the state’s representation in the football hall of fame will not grow at Saturday’s induction ceremony.

Cornerback Eric Allen, defensive end Jared Allen, tight end Antonio Gates, and wide receiver Sterling Sharpe will join five other Alabama natives in Saturday’s induction ceremony, bringing the total number of Pro Football Hall of Fame members who played collegiate or high school football to sixteen.
