The Friedkin Group has asked for two new people to join Everton behind the scenes.

Even though Everton isn’t playing in the Premier League right now because of the international break, there is still a lot going on at Goodison Park.

A rough start to the season for Sean Dyche’s team, who have lost their first four games of the 2024–25 season.

Everton, on the other hand, has won all three of their last games, with the most points coming against Crystal Palace.

There are, however, very important things going on behind the scenes on Merseyside right now as Farhad Moshiri tries to leave the club.

And as The Friedkin Group gets closer to buying Everton, it looks like Dan Friedkin is already starting to have an effect on how the club is set up.

Two new players are added to Everton behind the scenes.

After trying for more than a year to get a takeover on Merseyside, Moshiri finally seems to be getting close to a sale.

The Toffees are having a tough start to the season, so The Friedkin Group will want to make a difference right away if they get the job at Goodison.

And it looks like they are already working behind the scenes to get things ready for when they get to Merseyside.

The Athletic says that Everton has just made two changes to how they hire players behind the scenes.

Nathan Fisher, who used to be a European scout, is now in charge of finding new talent. He will focus on players between the ages of 16 and 21.

Then, Colin Rooney, who used to be the head of European scouting for Toronto FC, has been added to the team at Goodison and will take over Fisher’s old job.

Since money is tight, this is likely an attempt to get things in order behind the scenes before Friedkin comes to the club.

It looks like the Friedkin Group is about to take over Everton.

According to the same source, the takeover is now going through a normal slowdown that will make the process less important.

People think that the FA and Premier League are moving forward with everything because the approvals process is already in full swing.

But all eyes are on the New York Court, where the insurance and finance group A-Cap is being sued for buying 777 debt at Everton.

There should be an answer, though, and Everton fans hope to see The Friedkin Group out the door by January.
