REVEALED: Manchester United coach Erik Ten Hag says his ready to leave the club if one condition is not made

Erik ten Hag’s second season as manager of Manchester United has not gone as planned. The Dutchman blames the team’s terrible play on the many injuries they’ve had.

Some of the Dutchman’s moves and the way he plays this season have also let his team down. He chose to play a style with a lot of transitions that doesn’t work well for many of his players.

A lot of people don’t like the signings of Antony, Casemiro, and Sofyan Amrabat. Only the signing of Lisandro Martinez can be called a success.

His tendency to sign players who used to play in the Eredivisie has also been questioned, and going after players with ties to the SEG Agency has not been well received by many.

With INEOS now on board, things are about to change. The club has backed the former Ajax boss, and the Red Devils have spent £410 million on 16 new players.

Since the Glazers’ leveraged buyout, the Red Devils have been bad with their money. Sir Alex Ferguson was the club’s brain and kept it out of trouble, but when he retired, chaos broke out.

It’s not likely that the Dutch league will stay in the spotlight as Sir Jim Ratcliffe looks for young players with Premier League experience.

The club spent a lot of money on mercenaries, but it didn’t work. To fix things, INEOS is focusing on fixing the system behind the scenes.

A new CEO, Omar Berrada, is coming from Manchester City. After him, Dan Ashworth, who is coming from Newcastle United as the sports director, will start his job. Then there are plans to hire a technical director and a head of employment.

The attention will be on the transfer once everyone is on board, but Ten Hag will not have as much say as he did before.

“However, it has come to light that Ten Hag could quit if he doesn’t want to switch from being a manager to a coach.”

“This would make his job less important, as Ratcliffe wants to let other people hire players for the club in the future.” The Dutchman wants to talk to Ratcliffe after the current campaign is over.

Even though the manager should always have a say in transfers, if there is a good system in place, the manager can focus on his job knowing that the recruitment staff will do a good job.

For now, the United boss should be more focused on how his team plays on the field than on what’s going on off of it. United might not be able to keep the Dutch manager if they don’t make it to the Champions League and win the FA Cup.
