Manchester United
Report: Milan is thinking about letting Chukwueze go to raise money for a big-money move for a failed Man Utd player.
Reports from SempreMilan say that the 19-time Italian Serie A champions want to raise money for a possible move for Antony, Manchester United’s expensive but ineffective star.
The Italian giants, on the other hand, want to balance their budget while also improving their team. Chukwueze’s exit could make way for a huge transfer.
According to reports from Caughtoffside, Erik ten Hag, who used to handle Manchester United, gave Antony permission to leave as early as the January transfer window. This was because the Brazilian was having trouble finding form at Old Trafford.
Aston Villa, Fulham, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and West Ham United are all interested in signing Chukwueze from Milan. The Italian club could take advantage of the chance to get rid of the Nigerian striker.
Because he was close with Aston Villa boss Unai Emery when he played for Villarreal CF, the Nigerian attacker has always been on the team’s radar.
While Juventus is also said to be keeping an eye on the United winger’s situation, Milan is expected to step up their chase of Antony if they get a good offer for Chukwueze.
Although, Milan’s proactive approach could put them in the best situation to sign Antony, which would give their attack more depth.
