Manchester City player Jack Grealish sends message to Phil Foden after Man City vs Man United 3 – 1 win
News about Manchester City: Jack Grealish enjoys derby day win over United after being out with an injury
Jack Grealish was quick to celebrate after Manchester City beat their foes Manchester United on Sunday, even though he wasn’t there because he was hurt.
The winger wasn’t on the City team because they had yet another failure this season. But he didn’t have to worry because his teammates did a great job at the Etihad Stadium.
They came from behind to close the gap at the top back down to one point after Liverpool’s controversial late winner over Nottingham Forest 24 hours before. It didn’t matter that Marcus Rashford scored a wonder goal in the first half; Phil Foden scored two stunning goals that kept the champions’ title run going.
That was true even though Grealish wasn’t there because he had to leave the game early because his hip problems were back. Before the game, Guardiola said, “I don’t think [he will be back] before the internationals.” “I haven’t talked to the doctors yet, but I think he needs to get better quickly so we can use him as much as possible.”
“We have another choice. There will always be setbacks in life; the important thing is how you deal with them.
Jeremy Doku filled in for Grealish in the match, but he didn’t have the penetration to really make a difference. The head coach hopes to have the former Aston Villa player back soon, though. “Step-by-step he is coming back, for the injury from Jack,” he said.
Even though there is a problem, Grealish is still enjoying the party. After the game, he wrote on Instagram, “Unreal!!” “What a show [blue heart emojis] @philfoden [shocked face, raised hands, and blue heart emoji]”.
Grealish will now try to get back in time for the next four weeks’ games against Arsenal and Aston Villa.
