Man United’s “complaints” about Ruben Amorim’s departure shed more light on the situation.

Because Manchester United brought their boss Ruben Amorim to Old Trafford at a “critical” time of the season, Sporting Lisbon feels like they were “left in the lurch.” Talks about his exit are still going on.

This week, the Portuguese club said they were in talks with United about the 39-year-old coach. This came after United showed interest in him after firing Erik ten Hag.

United and Sporting are now talking about specifics like how much United will pay Sporting and when exactly Amorim will join them. The boss will stay in charge until both teams agree on everything.

But the Telegraph said that Sporting has “complaints” about how this move is messing up their season. Right now, Lisbon is in first place in the Portuguese Primeira Liga. They have some important games coming up, including ones against Manchester City and Braga, who is also in the running for the title.

It is said that the club is worried about having to hire a new coach at such an important time in the season. This is because they could lose up to five first team coaches when Amorim takes them to Old Trafford.

The story also says that “several” Sporting Lisbon players are “unhappily” because Amorim asked them to be loyal and committed during the last transfer window, but then he left the club for a big offer and took his staff with him.

Amorim is expected to start working for United after the next international break. His first game as manager will be on November 24 against Ipswich Town, and United will pay Sporting £10m in compensation plus extras for his staff to work around his 30-day notice time.

After a terrible start to the season in which United dropped to 14th place with just 11 points from their first nine league games, they decided to trade for Ten Hag.

United also doesn’t have a win in the Europa League. Ten Hag’s two-year reign ended, even though the team won two cups during that time. His assistant and club legend Ruud van Nistelrooy was put in temporary charge.

Van Nistelrooy’s first game in charge was a 5-2 win over Leicester City in the Carabao Cup. This weekend, they have a big game against Chelsea. The Dutchman said that he would help the Red Devils in any way possible until a full-time manager was hired.

After leading his team to win, the former striker said, “Of course. I came here as an assistant to help the club.” “As long as it’s needed, I’ll help in this role.” In any way possible in the future, I’m here to help the club build for the future. That’s why I’m here.
