As the Memphis Grizzlies prepare for a crucial offseason—followed last week by the shocking trade of Desmond Bane to the Orlando Magic—all eyes will be on Ja Morant.

Because of his off-court antics and ailments, Morant has missed a lot of games, making him far from the franchise player the Memphis Grizzlies needed.
Amid all the hubbub, the mysterious guard received some sound advise from Zach Randolph, a former star of the team. A unique player, that’s him.

In Memphis, he is needed… I simply reassure him, “You’re going to be alright. Just keep your head up high.” After all, I’ve been through worse.
Randolph commented on Morant’s resilience during an appearance on Shaquille O’Neal’s The Big Podcast.
“How you bounce it back is being great now. You got to keep on gaining, keep moving forward to what he is doing, stacking days, coming back healthy, and proving people wrong,” he concluded.
