In a plot for a revenge move, PSG eye Real Madrid star following Mbappé’s departure
Real Madrid’s official notification last week marked Kylian Mbappé’s official transfer to the Spanish club. The Frenchman has signed a five-year contract with the La Liga powers, and he is poised to emerge as their next major star.
However, his arrival does diminish the team’s star strength, which is already represented by players such as Vinicius Jr. The Brazilian has already won two UEFA Champions League trophies, and he would be the Ballon d’Or frontrunner this year if he were to win the 2024 Copa América for Real Madrid.
Could the player’s departure be precipitated by Mbappé’s removal of the spotlight, despite the possibility that it may not occur this year? According to journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi, PSG is interested in Vinicius Jr., but he does not provide any additional details.
This could be a long-term strategy by the Parisians to entice another star player to the French capital and potentially orchestrate an act of revenge against Real Madrid. Additionally, there is a possibility that Mbappé may desire for the participant to depart at some point.
Nevertheless, it is a transfer that is unlikely to occur this summer and may be contingent upon Real Madrid’s performance in the coming years. If both personalities are capable of coexisting, it is unlikely that a Vinicius departure will occur. However, the likelihood of a rift may increase.
