Manchester United
“I think Ruben Amorim wants him…” People think that Man United will sign an in-form 21-year-old.
Alvaro Magalhaes says that Manchester United could sign left back Alvaro Carreras from Benfica when new boss Ruben Amorim takes over.
The player who used to play for Benfica is worried about Amorim’s move to Manchester United and what it might mean for Carreras’ future at Madrid.
Amorim will definitely know Carreras well from when he was a teacher in Portugal. Carreras has done great work at Sporting and is very well known there.
Carreras has also done well in the Portuguese league, even though he had a rough time at United when he was younger.
We now think it might be a good idea to bring the 21-year-old back to Old Trafford, and Amorim could help him do his best as a boss.
To get Alvaro Carreras, will Ruben Amorim re-sign the former Manchester United left back?
Luke Shaw gets hurt a lot and isn’t always reliable, so Carreras could be a good replacement. The Spaniard also seems like a good fit for Amorim’s style of play, which is to use wing-backs.
This might give Carreras a lot of freedom to get involved in the attack, maybe even more than Shaw or other people like Tyrell Malacia have ever given us.
Record and Magalhaes talked about this, and Record said that he is afraid Amorim will jump for Carreras.
This is what Magalhaes said about Carreras: “I fear that Ruben Amorim wants him at Manchester United.”
“He seems like he has the skills to be one of the first choices, and after looking at the team, I think that with the new coaching staff, he could become a possibility again. This is especially true since the new coach saw him play very well at Benfica and knows him well.”
“It would be great if Benfica could keep him from getting away, but the choice is no longer just the club’s.”
