Manchester United
“I require that”… Ruben Amorim is driven and hungry, and he is the perfect person to take on Manchester United’s difficult task.
Ruben Amorim is ready for the big task that lies ahead as the new head coach of Manchester United.
Last ten years, Manchester United has been a machine that takes in and spits out good managers.
When Sir Alex Ferguson left, Manchester United was not the same club that he helped make it what it is today. Ruben Amorim is the latest big move by Manchester United.
Already, people have asked Amorim if he worries about the “instability” at Manchester United. Last week, he said he wants to push himself to a higher level.
Amorim want to do well
It should be clear that Ruben Amorim is very driven since he is about to become the head coach of Manchester United at the age of 39.
And Amorim doesn’t just want to test himself to see how he does; he wants to be in the spotlight on the biggest stage.
In an interview with TNT Sports, he said that he is ready for difficulties every week, which isn’t always the case in Portugal.
It was Amorim who said, “The best coaches and teams are in England.” It will be different because in Portugal there are three teams and tough games that are controlled by the coach most of the time. There’s a difference between us, and I need that as a coach now.
He knows it will be hard to leave Sporting, but he is ready to do it.
As a player myself, Amorim said, “I know that in this life we have to change our environment several times, but I get very emotional when I’m with the players and the staff.” There’s a link between us.
Amorim’s energy and ideas are what Manchester United need.
Leading Manchester United isn’t an easy job. Since Ferguson left, a lot of different managers have come and gone. Some of them have had a lot of success in other parts of their lives.
There is a lot of pressure at Old Trafford, and Amorim’s excitement and energy are just what the team and fans need.
Although Amorim may need to make some changes, he will be expected to stick to his own strategy ideas.
Manchester United needs Amorim’s fresh ideas and drive to win. He will definitely get the team better from where it is now. He can get as far as he can, though.
