In 21 starts throughout the season, Pippen Jr averaged 14.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and 1.6 steals per game with impressive 52.6/46.1/75.4 shooting splits. The 24-year-old point guard recently shared a post on Instagram to highlight his offseason.

As a way to express his affection for his backcourt partner and backup point guard, Ja Morant left a comment on Pippen Jr.’s page. That’s “my dawg,” Morant proclaimed.
The Grizzlies are counting on Pippen Jr. to keep making big plays, particularly after trading Desmond Bane. Memphis often experimented more with starting Morant and Pippen Jr. together in the playoffs, and they will most certainly do it again next season.
