Friday’s Roster Update: Grizzlies Javon Small Won’t Play

 

 

A coaching decision meant that Small would not participate in Friday’s Summer League loss to the Celtics, which ended in a score of 92–78.

 

 

While Small did not play in Tuesday’s loss to Philadelphia, he appeared to be healthy enough to play on Friday.

 

In Saturday’s second game of Memphis’ back-to-back series against the Trail Blazers, the 22-year-old will get his next opportunity to play.
