EXCLUSIVE: Barcelona pick latest artist to be featured on the Barcelona jersey against Real Madrid as part of Spotify sponsorship.
Barcelona’s sponsorship agreement with Spotify necessitates that they display an artist’s logo on their jerseys during El Clasico. This has become a customary practice in recent years. Colombian vocalist Karol G was the most recent performer to be showcased during Barcelona’s 3-2 loss at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Sport has reported that Barcelona will feature the Coldplay logo in their forthcoming Clasico, following the Rolling Stones, Drake, Rosalia, and Karol G.
Additionally, the Blaugrana will return to the venue during the final weekend of October. The British band, which has been in operation since 1997, is scheduled to release their tenth album on October 4th of this year. The tour schedules for Asia in 2025 have also been announced.
Barcelona will be praying for good fortune, as they are currently in the best shape they have demonstrated since prior to the pandemic. However, the state of their team at the Bernabeu remains uncertain, as players are dropping like flies. Barcelona will return to the “Spotify Camp Nou” this season, where they will be present for the return leg in May.
