Sources have told Football Insider that Everton are planning to sign Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan in January.

Senior reporter Pete O’Rourke said on the most recent episode of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast that the club has been interested in the _-year-old player in the past.

Under new AC Milan coach Paolo Fonseca, Chukwueze hasn’t played much this season. He’s only started six of his eight games across all categories.

But Football Insider has been told by reliable sources that it will be hard to get the winger during the next transfer window.

Santiago Castro is another choice for Sean Dyche, who wants to add a right winger to improve that part of the team.

Both of the wingers are currently playing in Serie A. The Friedkin Group has a lot of experience working in this league because they work with Roma.

Everton is likely to have money to pay for a move for Samuel Chukwueze.

It might be hard to sign Chukwueze in January, but Football Insider reported that The Friedkin Group will likely give the boss money during the transfer window.

The Friedkin Group is in the process of buying Farhad Moshiri’s 94.1% stake in the Merseyside giants. They are just waiting for the last few steps to be taken before the takeover is official.

The club’s likely new owners don’t want to be in another relegation battle, so improving the team could be a way to get out of that situation.

According to Football Insider, the Merseyside giants want to sign a lot of players, but the most important one is a winger.

After a rough start to the season in which they only won one of their first seven games, Everton is currently 16th in the Premier League table.

On Saturday, October 19, Dyche’s team will play again, this time against Ipswich Town, who were just promoted.
