Cole Anthony Finally Opens Up About His Shocking Trade To Memphis Grizzlies!

Following his trade to the Memphis Grizzlies on June 15, former Orlando Magic guard Cole Anthony went all out, removing all social media posts and changing his profile image to black.

He didn’t exactly shock everyone with his answer. Following Orlando’s first-round 2020 draft selection of Anthony, he spent five seasons with the team.

Bleacher Report states that he played in 67 games last season, primarily as a bench player, and averaged 9.4 points per game.

However, Anthony did not comment on the deal until almost one month had passed.

The Netherlands! “I need to find the right words, and I know it took me a while,” he started an Instagram post with. Some people became like family, and this city became like home. Your unwavering support, faith in me, and ability to seize the day are invaluable, and I am eternally grateful.

You returned the favor tenfold, surpassing what I could have ever imagined.

This chapter will always hold a special place in my heart. “Listen, guys, you guys already know what’s up; we locked in!” Thank you for the opportunity to develop, learn, and lead over the last five years, to the organization and coaching staff,” Anthony added. I will always love you. Farewell, everyone! πŸ”œ πŸ’™β€¨#ThankYouOrlando #50Out

Since Anthony wasn’t contributing enough to the Magic to warrant his continued employment, he comprehends that the transaction was impersonal.

There’s not much to it, actually. “I was not playing well, so I had a conversation with Magic coach Jamahl Mosley,” he told CBS Sports. Since he keeps it a buck from me, I’m going to do the same for him. Let me clarify.

This is the actual outcome. “Dude, it’s a business.” However, he has no idea what the future holds.

The Grizzlies bought out the first-round pick last week, and the Milwaukee Bucks will now sign him following a tryout.

According to @shams, Bleacher Report revealed on Instagram that basketball player Cole Anthony has agreed to a contract buyout with the Grizzlies and intends to sign with the Bucks after he clears waivers.
