BREAKING: Premier League side Tottenham sign sensational midfielder from Swedish club. Deal valid till 2028
Anna Csiki, a Hungarian international, has been recruited by Tottenham until 2028 from BK Hacken.
Four years ago, the 24-year-old midfielder joined Hacken, a Swedish club that was previously known as Goteborg FC until 2020. That same year, she won the Damallsvenskan title, the highest division in Sweden for women’s football.
Csiki, who won the Swedish Cup with Hacken the following year, has appeared in 69 matches for the club and scored seven goals.
Additionally, she has been awarded 40 caps for Hungary since her début in 2017, during which time she has scored eight goals.
On Sunday, September 22, Spurs will commence the Women’s Super League season with a home match against Crystal Palace at 14:00 BST.
