Tottenham might be able to get a good deal on an experienced Premier League scorer this summer.

Tottenham will need to move quickly if they want to sign a Premier League forward with 12 goals this summer. The player is available for less than £15 million.

Richarlison, Heung-min Son, Dejan Kulusevski, and Brennan Johnson have all helped Tottenham compete for a spot in the Champions League this season. However, Ange Postecoglou is unhappy with the strength of his team and wants to add more players.

Many teams are having trouble with the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSRs), which means Tottenham could get a good deal on a player in the next window.

Because of a condition in his contract, Tottenham has the ability to turn striker Timo Werner, who is now on loan, into a permanent player for the low price of £14.5 million this summer

The news came from Christian Falk on CaughtOffside. He said that Tottenham can sign on-loan forward Timo Werner permanently this summer for just £14.5m because of a clause in his contract.

According to the story, they would have to make a decision about Werner’s future by June 14, because that’s when Euro 2024 starts, and RB Leipzig wants to know what will happen with Werner.

Werner has scored 12 Premier League goals in two seasons at Chelsea and his current stint with Tottenham. He is also said to be happy to stay at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, even though his deal at RB Leipzig ends in 2026.

Werner has been an important part of Ange Postecoglou’s first team since he joined Spurs in January. He has started six of the nine games and come on as a substitute in the other three. He has played from the left wing and scored two goals and set up two others during that time.

Even though he has played better since moving to Tottenham, Germany boss Julian Nagelsmann has decided not to include him in his latest squad for Euro 2024.

In order to get ready for their home event, Germany will play two international friendlies against France and the Netherlands.
