Bayern Munich are closely monitoring Barcelona ace youth striker with €6 million release clause

It is impossible to secure an excessive number of talented Barcelona youth. Ludicrous quantities of talent are being produced by La Masia…

It appears that FC Barcelona discovers one, two, or five exceptionally talented young players each season who emerge on the scene in a spectacular manner, compelling the Catalans to incorporate them into their strategies.

This season has been no exception, regardless of whether it is intentional or a result of their financial situation. Although the otherworldly Lamine Yamal has justifiably garnered all the attention, a young striker named Marc Guiu also emerged in an explosive manner, scoring the winning goal in his debut for the Barcelona senior squad and capturing the attention of the crowd with his size, power, and pace. As Vitor Roque joined the club and former Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski regained his form, Guiu’s opportunities for minutes diminished significantly, and he concluded the season with fewer than 100 total league minutes.

Nevertheless, Fabrizio Romano has acknowledged that Bayern and Chelsea FC are interested in youthful Guiu, despite this. Barcelona is interested in offering him a new contract, but the terms are not yet agreed upon, as his current contract is scheduled to expire in 2025 and includes a meagre 6 million euro release clause.

Bayern is rumoured to be interested in acquiring a striker to replace the departing Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting. The Bavarians may be tempted by the modest release clause. It would undoubtedly be tempting for Chelsea, as the Londoners are currently endeavouring to acquire all the young talent they can in an ongoing endeavour to bankrupt the club.

Nevertheless, it is a plausible assumption that this rumour originates from Guiu’s agent, who is attempting to leverage their advantageous position to secure a substantial salary increase for the recent La Masia graduate.
