Barcelona is one of the teams that wants to sign Amadou Onana, and it is said that they will let Everton choose from four players while they try to sign him.

nextfootballnews has exclusively learned that all six of the Premier League’s “big six” teams like the player, but Manchester United and Arsenal are thought to be the most interested.

Onana joined Everton from Lille for £33 million in 2022 and has since become one of their most important players. He has played 29 times this season and scored three goals.

The Belgium international, who is 22, is only expected to get better, and teams that want to sign him see him as one of the best long-term choices out there.

Nextfootballnews has learned that Everton will ask for around £80 million for Onana this summer. Barcelona was thought to have dropped out of the race because of this.

New reports, on the other hand, say that the LaLiga giants are now ready to offer any four players in trade for Onana in order to sign him before anyone else does.

Both Barcelona and Everton have a good relationship because they worked together to get players like Andre Gomes, Gerard Deulofeu, and Yerry Mina. This summer, the two teams might come to another agreement.

Barcelona bids four times as much for Everton star

Sport in Spain says that Barcelona will offer Everton players like Ansu Fati (on loan with Brighton), Clement Lenglet (on loan with Aston Villa), Sergino Dest (on loan with PSV Eindhoven), or Fermin Lopez.

Toffees need to add some players if they want to do well next season. Onana has been highly linked with a move away, so getting a new player and cash in exchange for him could be a good idea.

It is said that Onana is “excited by the prospect of playing for Barcelona” and that they will be “one of his top priorities this summer, but he will also look at other options.”

Barça has decided that Fati, Lenglet, and Dest are not needed and are said to be “unlikely to drive down the price of Onana significantly.”

At the same time, Fati and Dest would be interesting additions because Everton needs to improve at right back and wide.

If Onana gets hurt, Lopez, a central player who can also play as a winger, could fill in for him and help the Toffees.

In the next two months, it will be interesting to see how this story goes. Man United, Arsenal, and other teams are ready to jump at the chance to sign Onana if Barcelona fails to do so.
