With their 6-0 win over Sheffield United on Monday night, Arsenal closed the gap on Manchester City and Liverpool. Thierry Henry had something to say about the title race.

Thierry Henry thinks that Arsenal could have a tough time in six Premier League games before the end of the season. On Monday night, Mikel Arteta’s team beat Sheffield United 6-0 at Bramall Lane.

With this win, the north London team is now in third place, just one point behind Manchester City and two points behind Liverpool. After the game in Sheffield, Arsenal has now played 27 league games this season. They now have just 11 games left in the 2023–24 season.

Henry, a legendary Gunners player, was asked about Arsenal’s final games before their win on Monday night. When he thought about it, he said, “This one will be tough for me because Chelsea is great against teams with the ball, especially when they’re not at home.” That being said, who knows how Manchester City will do now that we see that?

“There are away games against Brighton, Wolverhampton, and Tottenham. We all know that team will do everything they can to make sure we don’t win, and the United game will be tough.” If we make it that far in the Champions League, you have to include those games.

“Can you handle that?” I know that Manchester City and Liverpool can handle all of that, so when I look at this, I think it will be tough to play that away from home. I’m scared because I know it was in the Champions League, but Porto played well in between all of our goals and kept us from having a shot away from home.

“A team that had trained well and was in the right place.” Those teams might look at this and decide, “Give them the ball, let’s stay together, and speed, speed, speed, they’re fast on the counter-attack.”

Brentford is the next team Arsenal plays. The game is at Emirates Stadium on Saturday, March 9. Then, North London will play host to Porto as both teams try to make it to the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
