Jose Mourinho has disclosed Pep Guardiola’s sentiments regarding certain other clubs comprising the ‘Big Six’ of the Premier League.

With three Premier League titles under his belt, Mourinho may have some understanding of the emotions Guardiola must be experiencing at the summit.

While Chelsea and Manchester United continue to struggle, City are currently in first place and have no intention of stopping anytime soon.

Initially, Jose Mourinho was questioned on TNT Sports regarding his assessment of the present condition of several leading Premier League clubs.

When queried about Chelsea, the legendary Portuguese player responded, “I am unaware.”

“I remain clueless. Regarding Tottenham, I possess a notion.”

Mourinho stated regarding Tottenham, “This is Tottenham. Constantly striving for fourth place, which would be incredible, they could win the Europa League next season if they finished between fourth, fifth, or sixth. They appear stable and are increasing their investments; the club and facilities are phenomenal; the stadium is breathtaking; one can sense it.”

“Chelsea, I am truly uncertain.”

Regarding Manchester United, he remarked, “Slightly better, but otherwise nothing special.”

In conclusion, Jose Mourinho stated succinctly that Pep Guardiola must be ecstatic to observe Premier League leaders experiencing difficult periods.

“At this moment, I believe Pep Guardiola is laughing [completely] at the disarray of the other clubs.”

A competitive advantage Pep Guardiola and Manchester City have enjoyed.
Things appeared quite uncertain at Arsenal until recently, although Mikel Arteta was also progressively establishing himself as a first-team manager.

With the exception of Liverpool, the remaining six clubs in the Premier League have experienced considerable instability in recent times.

Manchester City is a different story, particularly in light of the fact that they hired Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho appears to be cognizant of this fact.

The £378,846-per-week employee appears to possess an insatiable ambition for excellence, which is also representative of City as a collective entity.

When an elite manager such as Guardiola is employed by a club like City that shares his aspirations, it is a recipe for success — a balance that, as Mourinho intimated, Chelsea, Tottenham, and Manchester United have struggled to achieve.

Consequently, the Sky Blues and their illustrious manager have been head and shoulders above the competition; however, Arsenal have emerged as a formidable adversary.
