According to reports, Vincent Kompany desires Arsenal duo Oleksandr Zinchenko and Albert Sambi Lokongo as his first two acquisitions as Bayern Munich manager.

Earlier this week, in one of the most surprising appointments of the year, Kompany, whose Burnley side was relegated from the Premier League at the conclusion of the season, was appointed manager of Bayern Munich. This is one of the finest examples of failure ascending to success.

Kompany stated, following his appointment as the new manager of the Bavarian behemoths, “I am perpetually motivated; I enter each day with the resolve to improve the lives of those in my vicinity.”

Euro 2024 is approaching. Today, reserve a hotel in Germany through Marriott Bonvoy.

“My identity does not stem from the years of success that have surrounded me; rather, it is the challenging moments that have shaped who I am.”

“My nature is to collaborate with as many people as possible; I do not desire success independently.”

This season marked the first time in twelve attempts that Bayern Munich failed to secure the Bundesliga championship; instead, an unblemished campaign led by Xabi Alonso’s Bayer Leverkusen prevailed.

In second place Since then, Bayern Munich have been licking their wounds, and Thomas Tuchel ultimately departed following last-minute attempts to retain him prior to his appointment to Kompany.

Preliminary reports suggest that Kompany intends to sign Arsenal tandem Zinchenko and Lokonga to the Allianz Arena. He has already begun the process of determining which players he would like to acquire for the Bundesliga club during the summer transfer window.

Regarding Zinchenko’s future at the club, The Daily Mirror merely stated that Company’s Bayern Munich “are observing developments” at Arsenal.

Additionally, Football Transfers reports that Bayern Munich are “attempting to complete a deal” to acquire Arsenal midfielder Lokonga, who was on loan at Luton Town last season, “as the first transfer” during Company’s tenure.

Although the Bavarians are only interested in a loan agreement for the player, who spent the majority of the season at Luton Town, Arsenal are expected to demand a permanent transfer.

Christian Falk, a journalist for Sport Bild, describes how former Manchester City defender Kompany arrived at Bayern Munich this week and managed to create an outstanding first impression.

“Vincent Kompany possesses something that neither of his predecessors, Julian Nagelsmann nor Thomas Tuchel,” Falk wrote in his Caught Offside column. While his coaching expertise may be limited, it is noteworthy to mention his substantial player experience.

“On the field, Nagelsmann and Tuchel did not have lengthy careers.” The players will attentively attend to Kompany in the locker room, as they will be well-informed of his extensive experience not only in terms of winning titles but also in the Premier League, Champions League, and Bundesliga. This could be a significant benefit.

“Now that Max Eberl has spoken with Kompany, he admits that he cannot believe Bayern hadn’t initiated negotiations with the Belgian six weeks ago, given his estimation of his value to the club.” It is with some remorse that Kompany was not placed higher on the list initially.

“Although Hansi Flick is currently the coach of Barcelona, he received a phone call from Max Eberl on May 11 after being urged by Uli Hoeneß and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge to contact the former Bayern manager.

“Flick was offered the opportunity to lead Bayern for one year, and he accepted.” Hansi Flick was slightly irritated that Eberl cancelled a follow-up conversation to discuss the squad after he mentioned it. However, Eberl took this action because he had already devised a strategy for Kompany to succeed Tuchel at the time; this demonstrates how vital Kompany is to Eberl.

“An old viral video shows Kompany in the dressing room of Anderlecht, where he is heard yelling and berating his players. According to what I’ve heard, the Bayern Munich players have frequently discussed this video amongst themselves and are eager to observe whether he ever exhibits this behavior in the Bayern locker room.

“As I informed Kompany, the Bayern luminaries have already viewed and discussed this video. He declared that when necessary, he will speak his mind and will not lie to the athletes.
