What a goal (VIDEO) France 0-1 Germany – FLORIAN WIRTZ scores an awesome goal outside the box
Florian Wirtz scored the first goal in Germany’s friendly match against France, putting them ahead right away.
Nearly three years after saying he was done with international football, Toni Kroos started for his country again at the Groupama Stadium.
Right after the game started, the Real Madrid star sent a high through ball to Wirtz, who started to drive forward.
After getting the pass, Wirtz hit the ball with a powerful shot from outside the box that sent it flying into the top corner and stopped France goalie Brice Samba in his tracks.
The goal is Wirtz’s first on an international level. He scored his first goal for Germany as an adult in 2021.
