After Chelsea fans got angry during Saturday’s draw at Brentford, Mauricio Pochettino replied to them.

Following Saturday’s draw in the Premier League against Brentford, Mauricio Pochettino says he did not hear Chelsea fans telling him to “f**k off” as the mood got tense in the away end. Things got worse for the Argentine manager as Chelsea lost their fourth straight league game at the Gtech Community Stadium.

After a good first half in the west London game, Nicolas Jackson scored to put the visitors ahead before the break.

But Chelsea lost a lot of steam in the second half. With 20 minutes left, goals from Mads Roerslev and Yoane Wissa put them down 2-1.

The Blues were saved from embarrassment by Axel Disasi’s late equalizer. Still, it didn’t make things better between Pochettino and the traveling fans, who yelled “f**k off Mauricio” after his team gave up the second goal.

Pochettino said after the game that he didn’t know about the shouting but that he didn’t blame the Chelsea fans for letting their anger show.

“To be honest, I didn’t hear it.” I’m not sure. He said, “I need to believe what you’re telling me.”

“That’s fine. We were down 2-1, and it was about showing how upset they were, and we were to blame.

There are doubts about the Argentine manager, who came to Stamford Bridge after a disappointing time at Paris Saint-Germain. He was in charge of Tottenham Hotspur for five years.

When asked about his connection with the Chelsea fans, Pochettino made it sound like he hasn’t won them over yet.

“I think the relationship is good,” he said. It’s annoying that they did what they did. I’m doing everything I can to give the team the best tools they need to work and get better.

The Chelsea fans who came to watch didn’t just chant insults at Pochettino. Another person who called Todd Boehly names the club owner a “c**t” in one song.

Last season, Graham Potter was only in charge for a few months before Frank Lampard came back as acting head coach and led the team to a 12th-place finish with no trophies.

Chelsea is still in 11th place this season, with as many losses as wins (10-15) in 26 games. They haven’t moved up much.

Tomás Pochettino will feel the heat as the need for success grows. And the cries from the away fans for a third time with Jose Mourinho probably weren’t a good thing.
