The Dallas Mavericks are holding out hope that All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving can return from his injury-plagued layoff next season in enough to give their club a fighting chance.
There is a lot for Mavericks fans to be excited about, what with Anthony Davis looking to return and Cooper Flagg’s debut just around the corner.
Also, they have reason to celebrate: Kyrie Irving’s latest collaboration with ANTA, the ANTA KAI 2 Speed.
Kyrie Irving has grown ANTA’s lifestyle footwear lines and created two signature sneakers after joining the brand in July 2023 and signing on as the Chief Creative Officer.
Irving has dropped a pair of signature trainers, the ANTA KAI 1 and 2, as well as a pair of trainers, the Speed series, that are more minimalistic and emphasise speed and accuracy.
In August of 2025, the ANTA KAI 2 Speed will be available in a variety of colourways. This model exemplifies Irving’s mission of making high-quality basketball shoes affordable for players of all skill levels.
