Two individuals have been identified by Arsenal star Oleksandr Zinchenko as those they wish to see the Gunners acquire.

Both individuals are Ukrainian national team members alongside Zinchenko, who has the versatility to play either left back or midfield.

Oleksandr Zinchenko has stated publicly that two of his Ukrainian national team colleagues should be playing for Arsenal.

Since his summer 2022 transfer from Manchester City to Arsenal, Zinchenko has performed admirably for the North London side.

Heorhiy Sudakov and Mykola Matviyenko are two of the Ukrainian internationals (26 years old) who are eager to join him at Arsenal.

When queried by UA Tribuna regarding the January transfer destination for Sudakov, Zinchenko responded, “Arsenal, I hope.”

Surakov is currently under contract with Ukrainian powerhouses Shakhtar Donetsk as a midfielder.

Already having appeared twelve times for Ukraine, the 21-year-old is a tremendous talent.

Sudakov stated earlier this month that his playing approach is comparable to that of James Maddison, an England international attacking midfielder and member of Tottenham Hotspur.

Sudakov has been associated with Arsenal. In October, TEAMtalk reported that Chelsea, Manchester City, Juventus, and Arsenal had all evaluated the attacking midfielder and were all impressed by him.

Zinchenko is an Arsenal supporter of Mykola Matviyenko as well. At the age of 27, Matviyenko is both a center-back and a left-back.

The defender has spent his entire professional club football career with Shakhtar Donetsk and has appeared 61 times for Ukraine. Arsenal was reportedly considering signing Matviyenko in January 2020.

The 26-year-old responded, “Matviyenko,” when asked which of his Ukrainian international teammates he would prefer to contract with the Gunners.

Meanwhile, Rob Holding, who left Arsenal mere months ago, may be available for transfer once more.

Holding was acquired by Crystal Palace from Arsenal during the summer of 2023. Bournemouth, according to Football Transfers, has indicated interest in acquiring the services of the defender.
