Everton
As “scintillating” Everton video comes out, Braiden Graham sends a message to Sean Dyche.
Braiden Graham, a talented player for Everton’s Under-18s, proved his worth to Sean Dyche once more by performing against Derby County on Sunday.
This season, the 16-year-old centre forward has been in great shape. In a 3-2 win over the Rams on November 3, he scored his sixth and seventh goals of the year.
He had already scored against Stoke City, Nottingham Forest, Newcastle United, and Blackburn Rovers, but this game was much more important because Everton was down 2-0 before halftime.
Graham stepped up at the right time and rocketed home a free kick before sweeping home the goal. The young player was praised for his “scintillating” play [Official website].
Dyche will not be able to take his eyes off the striker, even though he is young and just moved to Finch Farm this summer. This is especially true since the first team is having trouble getting goals right now.
Huge praise for Braiden Graham as fresh Everton footage comes out.
The boss probably won’t take Dominic Calvert-Lewin out of the starting lineup, but the Toffees are still having trouble scoring.
Romelu Lukaku scored 25 goals for Everton in the 2016–17 Premier League season, making him the last player to score more than 20 goals in a single season.
Neither Calvert-Lewin nor Beto are even close to that level. There don’t seem to be any big-name moves planned for January, but Dyche may already have a replacement in his sights.
Obviously, quickly moving Graham from the Under-18s to the senior team would be a big risk, but the club is so close to the bottom of the league that it might be worth it.
There is still time for young players like Armando Broja and Youssef Chermiti to show what they can do in front of the Goodison Park fans.
